Learner Agency

We believe that one of the primary purposes of education is to help learners achieve satisfaction in life. Part of this involves making a space in which they can determine what satisfaction and success are for them. To this end, education cannot be based on extrinsic motivation, but must give learners the opportunity to explore skills and ideas that are relevant and meaningful to them. This kind of education does not mould learners, but gives them the resources and tools to build themselves.
